ENG 101 UNLV Writes: A Guide for Rhetoric, Writing, and Research

Hey! Does anyone know if there are any PDFs or cheap ebooks of this textbook? I've tried searching online but not much has came up. Or if anyone is selling it for cheap please let me know!

Don't spend money on the book! Go check out the textbook at lied library and take pictures of the readings you need before returning it. That's what I did when I took ENG 101 and 102.

I'm looking as well. I'm hesitant to purchase it because many say they didn't need it in the past but I don't know if that changed. I also completed the class this book is needed for in high school, and I suppose I'm hesitant to spend so much money on a book filled with curriculum I know and tested on. Especially when I know I scored high enough to be in a higher level English altogether (but alas, the school didn't get my scores).

I took ENG 101 online last semester and didn't find that I needed the book, even though I purchased it. Some of the quizzes I took asked questions from the book so I guessed on most of those questions. I want to add that I tried selling the book back to the bookstore and they said they didn't take it — ended up throwing it away…

Same goes for ENG 102, didn't find it necessary!
