From Home Screen

Step 1: Go to the Home screen that contains the icon of the app you want to delete.
Step 2: Gently tap and hold the icon for 2 seconds until the icons wiggle.
Step 3: Now tap on the X in the upper-left corner of the app you want to delete/uninstall.
Step 4: When prompted, tap Delete to confirm and when you are done deleting the app, tap done.

If for some reason, the method above doesn't work, you can delete an app from the iPhone SE 2020 settings. Below is how to do that.

Step 1: Tap to open the Settings app from the Home screen
Step 2: Tap iPhone Storage
Step 3: Now select the app you want to delete.
Step 4: Tap the option to Offload App or Delete App.

When you choose the Offload App, the app will be deleted but the data and files of the app will be retained. However, if you choose Delete App, the selected app and the data file will be deleted permanently.

Step 8: Lastly click on the Apply button from the bottom of the iTunes screen.
Once you are done deleting any apps, reboot your iPhone to fully apply the necessary changes.

How to restore accidentally deleted apps on your iPhone SE 2020

If you have accidentally deleted an app from your iPhone SE or iPhone 8, you can still restore them back by following the steps below.

Step 1: Tap the App Store icon from your Home screen. This will launch the App Store application.
Step 2: Now from the App Store's main screen, search for the name of the app you want to restore. Just make sure you enter the exact name of the app.
